Software solution company from United Kingdom looking for Full-Stack PHP (Laravel) Developer.

The company has over a decade of experience in design, production and delivery of software solutions for small business and large corporate companies,  is a software solutions business, producing software. 
From business tools to digital marketing to cyber security training to performance management and career development tools.

• Develop, Test and QA software products according to specification – feature testing
• Build web applications using Laravel
• Build and maintain front-ends using React or Angular
• Integrate with other platforms, such as Shopify, Contentful, etc. (no prior knowledge required)
• Write clean, maintainable code following the team's best practices
• Stay current with core technologies
• Perform installation and configuration of any and all software created or used by PSP
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas, perform code reviews & sign-offs
• Follow best practice for security matters
• Assist in peer review of software in an ego and blame free environment


 

Responsibilities

• Assist in forming the direction of Road Maps
• Refine and customise the customer’s deliverables to meet the delivery requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard on time – note on time and wrong is unacceptable
• Engage with stakeholders in the UK and Bulgaria
• Conform with the company’s standard workflow
• Use general purpose tools to organise and facilitate a smooth production process
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas, perform code reviews & sign-offs

 

Requirements

• Experience with relevant software and hardware – PHP and Laravel are important, Symfony, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, NodeJS, Shopify would be advantageous
• Experience working with Git
• Extensive experience with relevant platforms and software applications - any large PHP framework.
• Knowledge of CSS/HTML, no need to be expert
• Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility requirements
• Typically, but not necessarily having relevant degree in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrate the ability to work remotely yet build and maintain internal relationship
